Schooner Ontario - 2026 Update

In 2026, several painting projects are scheduled to commence in spring.  During the summer of 2026, the crew will place the new marine diesel engine, install the generator system, and place the new fuel tank.  New lower masts are currently being fabricated at the Henry B. duPont Shipyard at the Mystic Seaport Museum, with expected delivery in the fall of 2026.

Giving Tuesday: Support The LT-5 Preservation Project

This Giving Tuesday, December 2nd, we invite you to stand with us in preserving one of America’s most remarkable maritime artifacts—the National Historic Landmark WWII tugboat LT5. As one of the last surviving vessels of its kind, LT5 is more than steel and rivets; it is a testament to the service, sacrifice, and ingenuity that defined a generation.
