The H. Lee White Maritime Museum is excited to welcome back Fred Legaweic as part of International Museum Ship Weekend, hosted June 1-2, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The amateur radio station, W2LGA, will be contacting museum ships all over the world. The radio station will be set up at the Maritime Museum's National Historic Landmark WWII tugboat, LT-5. Other ships include aircraft carriers, battleships, cruisers, submarines, lightships, tugs and more! Come by and help us celebrate the 80th anniversary of D-Day with our very own veteran, LT-5!
